RecycleForce is a sub-grantee of EmployIndy and the Indianapolis Public Safety Foundation to help youth ex-offenders between 18-24 with a work opportunity through a life-skills and professional training program. Working with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), RecycleForce and Keys to Work, a local staffing organization, partner participants with officers in the Graffiti Abatement Unit. This team traverses Marion County painting over graffiti, often gang related, in order to beautify the community and ensure residents feel safer in their neighborhoods.
