Modern Apprenticeship Program (MAP) is a three-year program connecting Marion County high school students with apprenticeship opportunities, resulting in them earning their high school diploma, an hourly income from their employer, college credits, industry certifications and credentials, and first-hand, relevant job experience.
Matthew Fultz is an Emmy nominated, award-winning Anchor and Reporter for WTHR 13 News here in Indianapolis. He moved to the Circle City in January of 2022 from his hometown market, Richmond, Virginia.
Before coming to WTHR, Matthew reported at WTVR in Richmond, Virginia and at WHSV. in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Matthew is a proud graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and has a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Since coming to Indy, he has been involved in numerous organizations such as Indianapolis Association of Black Journalist, 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, the Bloom Project and 300 Cameras for 300 kids on the city’s far east side.
