Ecosystem Enrichment, held monthly on the fourth Thursday, brings together workforce development professionals to share best practices, discover client opportunities, and align on local strategic direction.

Frequently Asked Questions
After WorkOne Indy determines an individual is eligible for funding support, we will notify the training provider via email.
After WorkOne Indy receives confirmation that the individual began training, we will share vouchers for payment to the training provider with any additional instructions.
Have them register and attend an upcoming WorkOne Indy WIOA Orientation. From there, the individual will be connected to the additional steps to access financial support through WorkOne Indy for training.
When funding eligibility is determined and WorkOne Indy’s team shares available training opportunities, we provide individuals with every relevant option from all approved providers.
The individual’s Career Navigator from WorkOne Indy will request and document progress reports from the training provider that include attendance and results from any tests or assessments given.
Training providers are encouraged to reach out to WorkOne Indy to connect with potential students. Additionally, providers can participate in our regular hiring events to connect with individuals who may be a good fit for their expertise.
