Career Connections is a hands-on hiring event where job seekers meet employers, explore real job opportunities, and get connected to career coaching and next steps. Employers are actively recruiting, and participants can receive support with job readiness, referrals, and follow-up services through our Center for Working Families.
This assessment measures an individual's interests and values and matches them to the work environment matching work-related attitudes and behaviors.
Join us for this training opportunity where you'll have the opportunity to earn your HSE diploma, receive job readiness training and leadership development, classroom instruction and exam preparation, lab hours and clinical experience, OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR Certification, medical terminology 1 & 2 course, and job placement assistance upon completion of training.
YouthBuild Indy is hosting a 24-week construction training starting March 2, 2026. Participants can walk away with their High School Equivalency, NCCER construction certification, and receive job placement assistance. Justice involved individuals are welcome!
ACT® WorkKeys® Assessments measure foundational skills required for success in the workplace and help measure the workplace skills that can affect job performance. Assessments include Applied Math, Applied Technology, Business Writing, Graphic Literacy, Workplace Documents, and Workplace Observation. Each assessment takes approximately 1 hour to complete.

Prepare and Support for participants in WorkOne Indy funded training programs that are extended and/or online. Learn how to create a realistic study plan and stay on track to complete your program on time and receive peer supporting in maintaining motivation, problem solving challenges, and celebrating success!
