The Mayor’s Celebration of Diversity Awards is an annual event that recognizes employers leading the way in inclusive workplace practices, while raising funds to support opportunities that connect talent with good jobs across Marion County.

Created in 2016, Project Indy is a youth employment initiative that matches Indianapolis youth to employment. Developed by Mayor Joe Hogsett and housed within EmployIndy.

Launched by Mayor Joe Hogsett in 2018, Indy Achieves helps students achieve a postsecondary credential by offering Completion Grants and Promise Scholarships to eligible postsecondary students.

Since 2018, YES Indy has strengthened Indianapolis by helping young adults reconnect with education and employment while providing local employers with a dependable workforce who are eager for an opportunity to prove themselves.
