Job Ready Indy (JRI) is a ready-to-use curriculum that helps learners build the soft skills employers value most—like communication, professionalism, and time management.
Developed in partnership with local employers and aligned with Indiana’s Employability Skills Standards, JRI offers interactive online courses that guide participants through six key skill areas. Upon completion, learners earn digital badges that validate the time they’ve spent improving their professional development.

JRI content is hosted on EmployIndy’s Learning Hub or can be integrated into your organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). Our team will provide the appropriate file format and support your LMS administrators through the setup process.
Learners typically complete up to 33 hours of professional development. The curriculum is self-paced, allowing organizations and participants to tailor the experience to their needs.
Participants earn digital badges for each skill area, which they can showcase on resumes, job applications, and platforms like Project Indy. These badges signal to employers that the individual is job ready.
