As inflation, economic uncertainty, and evolving workplace expectations continue to shape the American workforce, employees are feeling the strain in very real ways. Financial stress is no longer just a personal concern. It directly impacts focus, productivity, engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.

Boosting Employee Financial Wellbeing is an interactive workshop that explores the current state of employee financial health and how it influences performance and mindset at work. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the financial challenges employees face today and learn practical, actionable strategies employers can use to respond with intention and impact.

This session will highlight why financial well-being is a critical component of a strong benefits strategy and how organizations can better leverage existing resources to support their workforce. By prioritizing financial well-being, employers can strengthen engagement, improve outcomes, and position themselves as employers of choice.
