Job Ready Indy is an online badging, allowing participants a unique URL to share on their resume for employers to see that they are, indeed job ready. There are six competencies that are focused on with Job Ready badging (mindsets, self-management, learning strategies, social skills, workplace skills, and launch a career). EmployIndy can provide the training or train-the-trainer for employers to utilize the coaching internally.
