Too many Indianapolis residents are ready to work and grow—but face systems that weren’t built with them in mind. Education doesn’t always lead to a good job. Potential is overlooked. And opportunity stays just out of reach. At the same time, many businesses struggle to find and retain qualified talent.
EmployIndy exists to close that gap.
We break down barriers, invest in local talent, streamline talent solutions for employers, and help build a workforce that works—for everyone in Marion County.
Founded in 1983, EmployIndy began as a workforce service provider for job seekers. Over the decades, we’ve evolved into the region’s leading workforce intermediary—connecting employers with talent, guiding residents toward meaningful careers, and aligning partners around a stronger, more accessible economy.
