Indy HeartBeat Far Eastside Beautification Project

Indy HeartBeat invites all community members, leaders, residents, and service providers (ages 12 and up) to volunteer in the Indy HeartBeat Far-Eastside Beautification and clean-up project on September 7th 2019. Online registration for this event is mandatory for all who wish to participate. During online registration, participants will select their t-shirt size. T-shirts will be distributed the day of the event at check-in.

Below are details regarding the day of the event. The same information will be sent out in a confirmation email upon registration:
- Please dress for outdoor weather. This event will take place rain or shine.
- Check-in will begin at 8:30am at James and Rosemary Phalen Leadership Academy Junior High, 4352 Mitthoeffer Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46235. Please park in the east parking lot closest to door 5 and enter the school through door 5 for check-in. This is where you will receive your t-shirt.
- Grab and go continental breakfast and lunch will be provided by sponsors.
- This event will end at 1:00pm.
